Mag Pharm. Lea Neškov

Lea Neškov, Master of Pharmacy, developed an early interest in pharmacy during her secondary education, which she successfully completed at the Medical School in Zvezdara in 2019. The knowledge she acquired in the field of healthcare formed a strong foundation for her further professional development.

In the same year, she enrolled at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade, and graduated in September 2024. During her studies, she was an active member of student organizations and participated in numerous educational and professional projects, with a particular interest in social pharmacy and pharmaceutical technology. She successfully presented her student research work at national congresses.

She gained valuable international experience through a SEP exchange in Gdańsk (Poland), where she participated in research activities at the Department of Microbiology. This experience further strengthened her commitment to science and interdisciplinary approaches in pharmacy.

After graduation, she completed her mandatory internship and passed the state licensing exam, obtaining a license for independent pharmaceutical practice. She continued her professional development as a teaching associate at the Department of Social Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Legislation at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade. In this role, she is involved in teaching activities, research projects, and the development of educational content. Her work at the Department includes active participation in scientific research, with a focus on social pharmacy, interprofessional collaboration, and pharmaceutical practice. She has successfully presented the results of her research at numerous national and international scientific conferences.

She is also engaged in the WhoLeIPE project, part of the Erasmus+ programme and co-funded by the European Union. This project is focused on interprofessional education and the development of interprofessional collaborative practice.

Alongside her academic work, she is currently pursuing specialist academic studies in pharmaceutical management and marketing, with the goal of advancing her knowledge in pharmacy organization and healthcare services.

Her professional interests include improving pharmaceutical practice through interprofessional collaboration, strengthening communication between pharmacists and patients, and applying modern approaches in pharmaceutical education and healthcare systems.
