CV
Ana Gledović graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Belgrade in 2008. After completing an internship and passing the professional examination for pharmacists in 2009, she worked as a qualified pharmacist in private sector pharmacies (from 2009 to 2015). She continued her professional development in a marketing agency specialised in pharmaceutical marketing and consulting (from 2015 to 2018) and was editor-in-chief of a health magazine.
Since November 2018, she has been employed at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Cosmetology at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade, currently as a research associate. In 2024, she defended her PhD thesis entitled "Biocompatible low-energy nanoemulsions with raspberry seed oil (Rubus idaeus L., Rosaceae) for cosmetic application: formulation investigations and in vitro/in vivo bioperformance".
Ana Gledović participated in projects funded by the Innovation Fund of the Republic of Serbia (project name: Natural cosmetic nano-serum with red raspberry seed oil of Serbian origin for antioxidant treatment of skin photoaging, 2021/2022 – Proof of Concept and 2022/2023 – Technology Transfer). She regularly takes part in practical teaching as part of the integrated academic study program in cosmetology.
Ana Gledović is the author or co-author of 7 scientific articles in internationally recognised journals and a chapter in a book published by a foreign publisher (Elsevier). Research interests: Development, physicochemical and in vitro characterisation of low-energy nanoemulsions with natural antioxidants (plant oils and extracts) for cosmetic applications.
